Biography
Ambassador (Rev.) Chukwudi Eke was born in Aboh, a riverine community of the ancient Aboh Kingdom in Delta State, Nigeria. He is a graduate of Harvard University, Class of 2005.
Chuck Eke founded Word Bank International Magazine and edits it. The catalogue he has built there runs to five titles, most of them political and cultural biography written for Nigerian and diaspora readers. He writes the books himself.
Alongside the imprint he holds a directorship at the Global Embassy of Culture, works through Rainbow Star Films and Entertainment Inc., and convenes the Davido International Supporters Group (DIS-G).

Public service
Chuck Eke served two terms as a Commissioner on the Board of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), and later two terms as Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Delta State Governor.
That record matters to the books. Both commissions put him inside the machinery the biographies describe, close enough to see how policy is actually made and how far the published account of it usually sits from the working one.
Recognition
He is a Peace Ambassador with the International Association of World Peace Advocates, under the United Nations Volunteers.

The editorial standard
Word Bank publishes about living politicians, which is the hardest case. The people described are in a position to dispute the account, and the reader arrives having already decided. The standard the imprint holds to is that every claim of consequence should be one a reader can check.
That is why the Tinubu book carries a Verified Ledger and a Reform Timeline rather than a bibliography alone, and why the registers of infrastructure and human capital are printed in full. A reader who disagrees with the argument should still be able to use the book.
He writes here not as a partisan but as a citizen.
